At The Human Collective, our approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I’m Kaylee Simon (LCSW), the founder of The Human Collective Therapy Group
There was a point in my life when obsessive thoughts and anxiety felt impossible to shut off. Therapy changed that. It gave me language for what I was experiencing, tools that actually worked, and something I hadn’t felt in a long time— hope.
I created The Human Collective to offer that same kind of support and hope. A place where therapy is warm, collaborative, and human.
As a practice, we specialize in Anxiety and OCD therapy using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and ERP. But we don’t stop at symptoms. We support the whole human experience, including life transitions, identity, complex relationships, postpartum, grief, and the messy middle of of being a human.
I show up as a real person and I love helping people understand what’s happening in their brains through psychoeducation and the content I share online.
